BAIL BOND PROCESS

Bail is a process by which you pay a set amount of money to obtain your release from police custody. As part of your release, you promise to appear in court for all of your scheduled criminal proceedings. If you show up to court as promised, the bail amount will be returned. When you use a bail bondsman we put up the bail for you and we only charge a percentage of the full amount.

BAIL BOND COST

The fee for any bond over $1000 is 10%. There is a minimum charge of $100 dollars per bond for bonds less than $1000. We however understand that coming up with that 10% isn't always possible so we do have flexible payment plans and collateral arrangements available. Our fee is called "premium" and is non-refundable.
